Dream Getaway Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter is Beautyrest - part of New Zealand Comfort Group Ltd, 41-71 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland 1062. (www.beautyrest.co.nz)

2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. This promotion starts on the 3^rd December 2021 and ends on 8^th February 2022.

4. This promotion is applicable only to those participants who purchase a new Beautyrest Black or Black Beyond mattress or bed set at a participating Harvey Norman retail stockist and complete the in-store entry requirements (refer clause 6) during the promotion period.

5. To enter the promotion, you must be a New Zealand resident aged at least 21 who is not (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of New Zealand Comfort Group Ltd or Harvey Norman or agencies associated with the promotion.

6. To qualify to enter the promotion you must complete the following process during the promotion period:

• Purchase a new Beautyrest Black or Beautyrest Black Beyond mattress or bed set from a participating Harvey Norman store in New Zealand and
• Complete the promotion entry form, available in participating Harvey Norman stores, and present this to a Harvey Norman bedding department salesperson in-store.

7. Entries are limited to one per qualifying Beautyrest Black or Black Beyond mattress or bed set purchase.

8. All entry forms will be placed into the prize draw to WIN a Dream Getaway Prize package to Queenstown for 7 nights.

9. The prize draw will take place at Harvey Norman Head Office in Manukau Auckland, on the 22nd February 2022.

10. The first valid entry form drawn will be the promotion prize winner. The prize winner will have 7 days to claim their prize from time of notification. Proof of purchase will be required to claim your prize.

11. The Dream Getaway Prize Package includes:

• 7 night’s accommodation for 2 at the Hotel St Moritz, Queenstown, staying in a One Bedroom Alpine Suite with Lake View.
• Travel costs up to a maximum value of $1,500 to cover travel costs to Queenstown (through the Promoter’s nominated travel provider). Any additional travel costs are at the expense of the prize winner.
• 7 day’s rental of a luxury Aston Martin V8 Vantage sports car or other luxury vehicle, subject to availability on the travel dates selected by the prize winner.

12. Car rental is provided through Luxury Car Rentals NZ and is subject to prize winner’s acceptance of their rental terms and conditions. A valid New Zealand driver’s license is required to undertake the car rental. Minimum age for the driver of the Aston Martin car rental is 25 years. Minimum age on the remaining premium fleet is 21yrs (excluding Range Rovers which is 25yrs). Insurance is included with the car rental prize, however an insurance excess of $4,500 applies which is the responsibility of the prize winner. Reductions in excess can be purchased at the prize winner’s discretion and cost. Pickup and drop-offs are airport or hotel delivery and are to be confirmed on booking. Car rental prize covers a maximum of 1400kms for the week. Additional kms will be charged to the winner at $1/km.

13. Any travel insurance and all other costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay for.

14. Travel dates selected by the winner must allow for travel to be completed before the 31^st October 2022. Some block out dates apply including public holidays. Availability must be confirmed with the promoter’s nominated travel provider prior to booking any flights and confirming dates. The prize package is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

15. The promoter will contact the prize winner via the email or phone number on the entry form and they have 7 days to claim their prize. Note the prize winner will be required to provide a copy of their valid proof of purchase. If in the event the promoter has had no response from a prize winner after 7 days they will forfeit their prize and the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new prize winner.

16. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time without notice; substitute the prize or part of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

17. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to:

• any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
• any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
•  any registration or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter);
• any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or from use of the prize.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under New Zealand Consumer Law.

19. The promoter and retail partners collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and as required by law. 20. The prize draw winner agrees that the promoter may use their name, town, entry details and photograph for publicity purposes including but not restricted to public relations and marketing via internet and otherwise.

21. By entering this promotion, claimants agree to receive marketing and general information from the promoter.

22. If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

23. These terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive laws of New Zealand and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
